We offer free shipping on all our custom stones.
We ship via UPS, and you'll receive tracking on your order after it's fulfilled.
We'll begin engraving your custom stone right away, and it takes about a week to receive your order.
Because our products are custom made, we are not able to offer returns or refunds. If there is a problem, please notify us right away so we can assist in a replacement.
Your new stone requires no maintenance since it's made from solid granite.
